Refund Policy

At HUSKI, we value transparency and fairness. This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, digital content, and custom items. 

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at huskiprints@gmail.com or use the live chat on our site. Returns sent without prior approval may be declined.

HUSKI Product Notes

Craftsmanship & Variations

Many of our items are handmade or custom-finished. Small differences in seam alignment or design placement are a natural result of this process and not considered defects.

Colour Accuracy

While we do our best to represent products accurately, screen settings and lighting may cause slight visual differences.

Functional Defects

If your product has a major fault that affects use or quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Items made specifically for you—including custom graphics, names, sizes, or limited batch prints—are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Digital Content

All sales of digital items, such as downloadable files, templates, or e-guides are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot issue refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Phone Cases – No Returns

Phone cases are produced on demand and cannot be returned under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect design or model ordered

  • Changed your mind

  • Removed from shrink wrap

To be eligible for a return (only in exceptional cases):

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and shrink-wrapped

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense

Exclusions:

  • Sale items

  • “Buy One Get One” (BOGO) promotions

  • Phone cases

Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing huskiprints@gmail.com After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank and card processing times may vary.
